Item 5.02 Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On July 6, 2020, Brown & Brown, Inc. (the "Company") announced that Anthony T. Strianese has returned from his temporary medical leave of absence and resumed his full duties as the Company’s Executive Vice President and President of the Wholesale Brokerage Segment.
