Mr. Donegan joined Brown & Brown in April of 2000 as Vice President, Assistant Secretary and Assistant General Counsel. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Emory University Law School in 1998, after having graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a B.A. degree in 1992. Prior to joining Brown & Brown he was with the law firm of Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP, in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Donegan has also earned the insurance industry's Certified Insurance Councilor (CIC) designation.
